Staff at Motherwell were excellent (as usual). Needed to arrange flights to USA and they were so helpful finding dates and times to suit us and avoiding Heathrow!!! Nicole and Christine made it so easy.

Pleasant experience
Staff member (Nicole) was very helpful and patient with me as I am a senior citizen, explained everything with a smile.would maybe recommend a tea/coffee machine, staff enjoying a cuppa front of house and customers left wishing they had one.
