Visited Nantwich store mainly to confirm details of a cruise that I was interested in and was planning to book myself online. SAM was excellent!! He answered all my questions in detail, shared his own experiences, and found me a better deal. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable but mostly he was so very patient when I asked so many questions. He gave me the confidence to book my cruise there and then. Fantastic service. I don't live local, I was visiting a friend but I would def travel to Nantwich store again for this level of service.

Great that your travel agent does all ground work to find your cruise.
Kerry had done all her background work to try and get the booking we wanted based on information we provided her with a few days before. Because the cruise we were looking for was time dependent re when it was on sale,Kerry was already logged in to try and get the cruise we wanted. As it transpired we could not get the cruise we required but quickly ran through the other options and managed to get something that met our requirements. Kerry then made the booking and detailed any options as we went along.A very professional and well organised service.
