Staff were friendly and very helpful, all our questions were answered and options given quickly and explained well. just shy of a 5 star as the holiday we booked cost £300 more than stated in the window as the listing was out of date.

We went into Hays Travel Nantwich…
We went into Hays Travel Nantwich Cheshire to look at holidays.
We ended up booking two, Kell was absolutely fantastic and did everything for us, we are going back next we as Kelly will check in for us too.
She also booked car parking at the airport. We then got a phone call about ordering money….yes they do that too. Utterly brilliant we will absolutely use Hays again and Kelly
