Natalie is fabulous. Approachable, knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She goes above and beyond every time you ask her anything. I've been on a holiday before and contacted Nat with a query and she instantly gets back and sorts things for you. Always book through Natalie and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Natalie was absolutely brilliant. She couldn’t do enough for us. Everything from beginning to end was sorted quickly and efficiently. I’m sure she would have come and packed our bags for us if we’d asked!! She met the brief perfectly, with a great hotel in a great location, and for a great price. We will definitely use Natalie again, and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Helpful, informative and communicated promptly

Natalie was incredibly professional when booking and went through all the options available to me including cabins & drinks packages.
She made the whole process super easy contacting me at my preferred times even late into the evening.
She’s already helped with an issue I had on the cruise liner app within minutes!!!

Natalie was prompt in her responses and got the package I wanted, but unfortunately there was an error in the dates on the booking confirmation which was disappointing, hence a four.
