As always Natalie went above and beyond to book our next holiday, with using her knowledge and expertise to suggest a better hotel and finding us a competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble and she suggested great options for us to pick from. We are already planning our next holiday for her to book for us in the summer.

Natalie found the perfect holiday and at a fantastic price.
We told her where we wanted to go and within an hour she had come back to us (which I wasn't expecting as it was after 5 o'clock) with a price for the holiday and room selection. Natalie even gave us options of what type of seating we wanted on the plane, explaining what you get with each class, aswell as sending pictures of where the seats were. She made our decision making so easy.
The whole process was so quick and smooth and all from the sofa!

This is the second time we have used Natalie for booking our holiday . She is very thorough and takes the hard work out of looking and booking for yourselves , which can be very time consuming. Her knowledge also helped us to make the right choices for us. Very friendly and patient as I have changed my mind a few times on where I would like to go. We have used Natalie on a couple of occasion's to help us book our trips and I have to say that I have no ideas when she takes a break! She answers every question in full on the same day even if it’s a Sunday or Bank Holiday!
