Neil Crossley is really helpful, he showed me holidays I'd not even considered and in fact I have booked somewhere based on his recommendations.

Quick and easy, was able to sort it the same day with no problems, absolutely buzzing to go away so glad to its done.

i have booked 2 holidays with Neil, He makes the process so much easier. He sent me a few different options to cater for what i had told him i was looking for.
My mum requires special assistance and Neil sorted all that out for her.
He is professional and always reply’s to any messages.

Neil was fantastic from start to finish with booking our first family holiday. I gave him my criteria and he did his best to accommodate everything we wanted.
Once we had finally decided on a holiday, Neil worked outside of his normal working hours to accommodate us. He didn't need to do this, he could have just booked it on the monday but he worked late into the sunday evening answering all of my questions about the holiday and booked it for us once we were happy with everything. This is outstanding Customer Service and he should be acknowledged for this. We will definitely be booking through Neil again in the future. Neil even gave me a quick message after it was all booked to say he had spoken with the hotel and they were doing their best to make sure our rooms were together.
Fantastic service from start to finish and we can't wait to go on our holiday so thank you Neil.
