Excellent service from Lola and very patient and informative about the trip

Mollie wsas very helpful and searched in depth for something that matched our request and then went through things in detail.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they make you feel like friends not customers. They are very patient while you make your decisions and are always there to help with any further issues or questions. Thank you for doing our booking this time Rachel.

The agents have done nothing be but rude, condescending and lied about their own terms and conditions.
Each agent advises something different then says the last agent was wrong.
Avoid, save your time effort, money, sanity. Unfortunately effected health to the point stress caused hospital visits, but they dont care and dont hold accountability. For shame for the Hayes staff in Newark
