I was dealing with a very pleasant girl and she was very professional in sorting my holiday out

When we arrived, we went over to one of your representatives, Kerrie, who greeted us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. She took the time to ask where and when we were hoping to travel as a family and carefully talked us through several different holiday options.
Kerrie was very helpful and patient throughout the process, and thanks to her assistance we ended up booking our holiday there and then. We would definitely recommend booking your holiday here.

I made the enquiry on Saturday afternoon and was quoted the advertised price.
When I rang on Sunday to confirm the booking, I was told that the price had been increased by £100.00 per person.
I understand the concept of live pricing, but this seemed at best excessive, and at worst, well, better not to say anything.
Had my wife not had her heart set on this holiday, I would personally not have taken the booking.
