Debbie was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and not at all pushy. She made the whole booking process almost pain free!

Unforeseen circumstances.
Went to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. It was dealt with understanding and no pressure to change our minds which was greatly appreciated. Had help booking another trip and would definitely use Hays again.

She was knowledgeable, efficient and charming, receiving input at high speed from 3 adults and also not at all daunted by the fact that we were accompaied by a four-year-old and a 13 month-old!
