It has been difficult booking a signature holiday due to firstly the island deciding to build during our visit and an alternative being thrown into disarray by Mr Trump! However, Nikki, from Hays (Newton Abbot) has been fantastic and very patient and came up with an excellent alternative. Hopefully the current situation won't through a spanner in the works this time!

Very helpful in finding a last minute break

I was able to book and pay for my holiday very quickly. Tania was efficient and speedy , got to work and secured me exactly what I wanted.

I have used Hays on several occasions and each time have been very happy with the service and help received. They make sure that I am aware of different options and the pros and cons of different options relating to my choice of holiday. Booking is completed by Hays and there is no stress for me which is what I want when booking a holiday.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

We always have the best welcome whenever we go to our Newton Abbot branch. All the staff are brilliant and always do their very best to get exactly what we want whether it's our 5th cruise booked or a February weekend break .Ann especially this time was brilliant..she listens and does all the research to fulfill our needs ..Fantastic service.

We use Hayes travel for all our holiday bookings. As usual we recived a first class service customer service. Fern was amazing helping us put together our requirements of hotel, dates and airline and set this up for us as a package. Staff at Hayes are never pushy, always friendly and always listen to the customer.

Sally, and Fern were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Always greeted on entering the premises and their care and attention to the detail of my requirements is much appreciated. Would never go anywhere else for my vacation bookings.

The member of staff took time to achieve my booking. She was friendly, efficient and communicated well. She offered Travel insurance and arranged that. She also gave me good advice on how to travel to the Airport.

As always Nicki was professional but friendly, helpful but not pushy and knowledgeable. Overall an easy decision to make and a perfect experience!

I received very good service from Fern. She checked various options for me and got back to me quickly with prices and details. On the days she was not available someone else replied informing me Fern would reply the next day.
I have no complaints.
