Excellent customer service
I visited the branch in Northfield, Birmingham with a very specific plan of the holiday requirements. The agent there spent ages trying to match my plan but there was nothing available. He then found a number of excellent other options, one of which exceeded my expectations and this was booked. Well pleased!

Trenaye is always friendly and efficient, so makes the whole process so easy. We booked a holiday to Lanzarote in Jan 27, and she is investigating various cruise options either around the UK, or Norway. I am confident Trenaye will come up with some great options for us.
