Good Service
This is the second year of booking a holiday with Hays Travel.
We wanted a coach tour and ended up booking two tours.
Leanne as usual directed us in the right direction and showed us holidays with areas in England in the counties we wanted to visit.

We only went in to make an enquiry about a deal in the window but we were so impressed by the staff, their pleasantness, enthusiasm, knowledge and help. So much so that we actually made a booking for a cruise there and then. That hadn't been out intention but we were sold by the great deal, not by any pressure or pushiness.

Friendly Northwich branch…
We went to the Northwich branch and Laura was the lady who helped us to book our holiday. Laura was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, friendly and very patient.

Great service as usual
Scarlet did the booking and was very helpful arranging private tranfers and booking escape lounge All achieved within 30 mins.Today Hannah was very helpful dealing with currency and advice re the need for visas being neccessary and sending on the links we require to obtain these.
