Excellent service from Cathy. She understands our travel needs and contacts the company we are using to make sure we get the support we require.
When on the phone she was having to compete with the busker outside the shop making it difficult to hear.

We wouldn't have booked the hotel and area that we did without the knowledge and helpfulness of the Hay's staff member (Kerry). We felt that she took onboard everything we mentioned to find a suitable holiday in our price range. This is the first time we have booked through Hays and if the holiday works out as expected we will most likely use them again.

We had a lovely lady called Hannah who booked our holiday. She was very patient nothing was to much trouble for her . We would not hesitate to book again with her she was amazing

The staff are always so friendly and today Cathy absolutely made my day. I had been dithering about Canada - where to go , which way I would do it - East to West, just the Mounties etc but she smashed it. A big fat FIVE to her and she should be highly praised.

Very pleasant and interested staff. I felt he was knowledgeable and experienced and gave me the time to explore every thing I asked. I enquired about several destinations. He explored all destinations I asked about and we settled on a good value and targeted expectations holiday for each place. I went away with 3 good holidays printed out and came back within the hour and booked 1. Would definitely recommend talking to Aidan.

Kerry went out of her way in dealing and sorting out our cruise. Left Hays with our cruise ideas. Kerry came back after couple of days with all the transfers / hotels and basically did all the leg work. Can not thank her enough.
