Always helpful and friendly

We found the staff very pleasant to deal with , there was no hesitation in finding us the holiday we requested . Would definitely book through them again .

This was the best the holiday that we ever been on! Cannes is a beautiful holiday destination with the best of everything. The hotel was lovely and clean and the buffet breakfast delicious. The hotel was very close to the centre of Cannes that had the most gorgeous beach and port, designer shops and many fine dining areas to eat. Cannes has fantastic train links to Nice, Antibes, Monte Carlo that run every 15 minutes so the day trips to Monaco and Nice were easy to do.

Very helpful

My wife and I went into a Hays travel branch to be greeted by a very helpful member of staff who helped us with our enquiry into looking at booking a holiday to a hotel in Tenerife where my son, wife and our two grandkids where already going. The staff member was great who very quickly got us a deal and said she was going to forward the details to us via email. The only thing is by the next day, we still hadn't received the email so I called and spoke to the member of staff in the afternoon the following day and she apologised and sent me the details right away but told me that since we had first called the day before, the price had gone up by £100 and there's was nothing she could do as they would be making a loss or words to that affect. My only argument would be that if we had of received the email as first promised we might not of had to pay the extra £100. I did accept the new price and made the booking in case the price went up any more if i didn't book there and then. Despite the above, the member of staff was pleasant, helpful and a really nice person and i wouldn't want them to get into any trouble.
Only for this, I would of give five stars.

went on website, found the cruise i wanted, tried several times, when i pressed continue, the page did not move, could not see itinerary, suites, price, pretty poor start, will go somewhere else

Eva was amazing from start to finish, we had been booking our holidays direct with the cruise company's, in future we will be booking time with Eva.

We have used Hays Travel, Ormskirk, many times. The staff are friendly, very helpful and patient when we're choosing a cruise ! If there has ever been a query over a booking, they've been quick to respond and resolve any issues. Their service has always been excellent.

We had a very good experience in the Ormskirk branch. Staff were very chatty and happy which put us at ease. The booking procedure was explained clearly and the holiday was booked without any issues. We were confident that we were given a good deal. We have been in the branch previously and always found the staff professional, courteous and more than happy to help. This is why we will be back again.
