Exciting holiday booking experience.
From arrival at Hays Petersfield, although Richard was busy, he took the time to welcome us and tell us that he'd be with us shortly. Sat down at his desk,he listened to what we would like for our holiday and set to work to find us the perfect package. Throughout our time with him, he explained what he was doing and why, then he explained all options available to us and gently checked our understanding prior to us agreeing the package that suited us best. His personality was pleasant, yet professional with good quality, relevant advice when it was asked for. Thanks Richard.
