Called into the Pickering office.
All the staff are so welcoming, efficient and give excellent customer service. We were looked after by Keiran today,who was very helpful, with finalising our holiday arrangements. A credit to the team.

Great company, had great service, but was annoyed asi ( fiona Davis) placed order, booked holiday, paid deposit with my card and used my phone and email, but like this message all correspondence after that was addressed to Mr k Davis !!

Easy to get an appointment, pleasant and informative member of staff in Pickering office ( Caroline).

We have always booked our holidays with Ryedale Travel and when it was taken over by Hayes Travel and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. it is very good that the staff do not change and know you as soon as you go through the door which makes it seem very personable.
