A great help
We usually do it all ourselves, but this time walking by Hays, popped in. The advisor, Jo, was extremely patient, helpful and personable. We came in with an idea and saw the 'window adverts' and came out with one of them for our holiday!

Efficient friendly service
The representative ,Joanne, couldn't have been more helpful. A group of six of us wanted a three break in Lisbon. She organised it quickly and efficiently, finding us a reasonable price.
