Alison was more than happy to help answering all our questions and there was a lot of questions. She helped us to find a very nice location and hotel for our holiday at a reasonable price and I would recommend anyone to use Hay Travel in Pontefract. All the staff are very friendly and could not do any more to help.

They were so friendly and helpful. They listened to what we wanted and built up a great package. They worked around the things we needed and were more than happy to do a little juggling to give us the best possible times, location and price.
