Good professional help from George at Poole, Hays Travel.

Excellent service once again from Hays Poole especially Tom.

We have used Hay's previously and so, as we considered taking a holiday, it was the first place to start. We sat with Steve, (Poole branch), who examined our criteria, gave us a number of options and we took those away to discuss. We struggled to find the right hotel or destination and went back to Steve. Another face-to-face discussion ensued, he made further suggestions, we decided on our holiday and booked.
