I have used Joanne Roberts a number of times for holidays. When she was based and the Rhyl Branch and now in the Prestatyn branch. I would highly recommend Joanne as she really does go above and beyond to secure the holiday you are looking for. Thank you Joanne for everything x

Jo listened and was interested in what we wanted from our holiday. She spent time searching flights and connections to make best use of our time and reduce hassle. The booking process was friendly attentive and smooth. Excellent service thank you Jo!

First class experience. Paula was professional, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. This is not the first time, we have used Hays Travel. Warm welcoming staff, in particular Paula Light foot. She has so much patience and goes that extra mile to get you what you want, nothing is too much trouble. Paula takes the stress out of picking the right holiday for us and our needs.

All the girls are so welcoming at the prestatyn store you should be proud of them .My last 4/5 holidays have now been booked there and will continue to book in the future.

If I was 90 years old! how would I be able to book my holiday online? Answer, no big company cares about older people! But at least with Hays I can walk into a shop on our high street and be greeted with a smile and treated with dignity. I'm not 90, but one day I will be, and so will the companys that don't care for their elderly.
