Been wanting to go to Bulgaria for…great holiday booking experience
Been wanting to go to Bulgaria for year's. We were booked to go 2 year's ago but through ill health had to cancel. Yesterday My daughter & myself went in to Hayes travel. Got a fabulous welcome from a lady called Ellie. She was fantastic. She got us a holiday with the needs that I requested. Can't thank her enough for her time & patience. I've used Hays a lot of times to book our holidays, and i trust them.
Ellie was very helpful finding a hotel with breakfast included and also within walking distance of the beach, shops and local bars. We can't wait to go.
