Booked our holiday with Richard Rose. He couldn’t have been more helpful. We knew where we wanted to go and he did the rest. He came back with three options and we picked the one that suited us the best. He did the rest - all we had to do was pay for it 😂

Rich listened to what I was looking for and gave us alternatives that he thought would fit our criteria, with great deals. We ended up booking a hotel on an island that we hadn't even contemplated. He did all the work and saved me hours of reading up and researching. Would highly recommend.

This is the second trip I’ve booked through Richard at Hays Travel and once again the service was fantastic.

We booked a last minute getaway with friends and children and Richard made the whole experience so smooth from start to finish. He was informative, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout, especially with it being such a last minute booking.

He even managed to get all 3 families in rooms together and in the same area of the hotel, which made such a difference for us all.

The children had the best holiday ever and made memories they’ll never forget. Thank you Richard for making everything so easy and stress free – we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to book through you again 😊☀️

It was an absolute joy to book my flights for my travel companions & Myself with Richard.
Richard looked at multiple airports & airlines for us to try & find us the most convenient airport with the most competitive price.
Hayes travel will only allow us to book flights in transit if there is enough time left to get from one aircraft to another.
Richard made the experience a pleasure & I had no stress of trying to put this package together, Richard included hand luggage & hold luggage each letting me know the weight of each allowed & the sizes allowed on board. I would book my next holiday with Richard & tell all my friends & Family to use him outstanding customer service.
