Speaking with a person in the flesh... We went into the Rochdale Branch of Hays Travel and spoke to Evie, who we always like her to help us with our holidays. After having seen another holiday on the window board above us and not what we'd gone in for we had a look at it and ended up booking it. I’ve travelled with the help of Hays Travel for the last 6 years. A total of 10 holidays.At the branch in Rochdale the advice and completion of each travel arrangements has been excellent. They appreciate my difficulties as an elderly, single travel and always make sure that I understand all the documents and travel arrangements.
