I can't thank Karen enough for helping me book a holiday. Karen is so genuinely helpful and has so much patience in finding the right fit for myself and family. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. The time spent sorting all this out for me is so gratefully appreciated. I have booked with Hayes Travel on many occasions now and Karen has always been amazing. Right from a genuine welcome into store through the whole process of booking and to saying goodbye I've had a brilliant service.

Always 5 star service from the team at Rothwell. Karen went the extra mile to ensure we got the best price and whilst there was able to resolve a refund from an ongoing complaint (a dispute with an airline)
