I have been using Hays Travel Rugby branch to book flights to Spain to see my daughter. I have been doing this since my husband passed away as I don’t have the confidence to do it on line. I have dealt with Michelle and Cameron, both have shown respect and understanding of my situation. They are friendly and professional and have made the booking experience smooth and worry free
I will miss them when branch closes

It’s for a special anniversary so he went the full mile to get us the holiday and all the things we’d asked for to make it special . When we arrived at your Rugby branch we were greeted by Cameron, he was extremely helpful and friendly, we enquired about a trip that we had seen on your website and quickly located the trip, he went through the details of the trip and explained how it was going to go and what to expect, we went home to discuss the trip and then went back a few days later and he talked us through the itinerary and was very impressed by the way he was helping us with the travel arrangements. A very pleasant experience and we were very pleased with Hayes Travel and hope to continue using your company.

Cameron found exactly what we’re looking for after we talked it through.

Jodie the sales assistant was extremely helpful. She made sure there was no hills in the hotel area and although there were no lifts in the hotel she found one with just 2 levels so just 1 small set of stairs. While Jodie was helping us the other assistant ( don't know her name) was checking the local area and facilities. A very good experience
