Great customer service
Great customer service - we booked our holiday with Keith who was so helpful and made everything crystal clear. He was sympathetic to our budget, finding us somewhere with great reviews and even sorted out our airport parking. Such a lovely Scottish accent! We'll definitely book through Hays again.

Holiday booked without stress!

Friendly staff!
Friendly knowledgeable staff who didn’t try to persuade us to pay extra for optional add-ons when we booked our cruise. Nothing seemed too much trouble!

Excellent service as always at Hays Travel Runcorn. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Liz who we have booked our holiday through again this year.
