From the moment I stepped in to enquire about a holiday off from the board outside, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by a lovely young lady named Jasmine.
She quickly looked around for offers i was interested in, pricing up and printing off.
I returned the next day following email communication, again Jasmine assisted me and the holiday was booked. The staff in the shop were fantastic - dates, times, transfers, prices, rooms - nothing was too much trouble.
Jasmine gave me printed copies of all the info and followed this up with email confirmations.
A great holiday booked at a fantastic price, no stress, no haggling, just amazing customer service from start to finish.

Met Jasmine twice now . Although an apprentice she was excellent on all counts .

The lady who looked after me made me feel that the holiday I wanted, was just as important to her as it was to me. Her listening and hearing skills were self evident. Very impressive for an apprentice.

Jasmine was really friendly, helpful and answered all questions myself and my friend had when booking our short break to Lisbon. She checked the distance hotel was from main part of the city, sorted transfer to/from airport and explained fully that we would be contacted a couple of weeks before by Hyas to arrange our check-in. Really easy and straighforward and can't wait for our break to Lisbon!

They are brilliant at matching prices we have found else where.
The stress of online booking is taken away. Documents are printed out and we are always kept updated.
The girls in the Runcorn branch are all lovely. This time Jasmine dealt with our booking. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. A very good experience again.

Grace booked my holiday. It is only two nights in Amsterdam but she put as much effort into it as if it were a 6week world cruise. She was pleasant polite and always returned my call and emails as planned.

The travel agent was polite helpful in getting us the best deal for the holiday we had seen and wanted to book. She went out of her way to check out prices from other companies so we had the best price. We have booked quite a few holidays through hays now and ive never had a bad experience or holiday.

Grace greeted us as soon as went entered the Runcorn shop, all the staff were warm and welcoming.
Grace listened to what we wanted for our cruise holiday in 2027 and found us a holiday that met with our wish list. Throughout she was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definately be visiting Hays again.

0ur booking was carried out by a trainee young lady to our satisfaction with shearings coach holidays, we had certain requests which we hope will be taken note of, "the proof of the pudding, etc"

We booked in the runcorn branch, with a lovely young lady called Grace, she was extremely patient and helpful with us, I've booked with Hay's runcorn a few times now and the staff are friendly and very helpful

Jessica at Runcorn Hays Travels has been amazing, so helpful & nothing was too much trouble for her. She organised everything for us including printing off all our tickets etc. would absolutely use again.

We where listening to and Sam gave us all the details of a perfect holiday that we had requested.
Everything was explained to us thoroughly, every concerning the holiday including type of hotel, travel, costs and how to organise our money on a payment card.
