I have booked many times at Hays Travel and have always found the experience to be an enjoyable one. In particular Jacob at Rustington branch who has always gone the extra mile, when arranging sometimes a complicated package for me , much appreciated.

Family Holiday
Wanted to take my grandson on his first holiday, got some brochures, but it was a mind field so popped into Hays Travel and they were so helpful, making things easy for us and getting the best flight times and family friendly hotel with great location.
