I booked a cruise with 2 members of my family but thankfully when my aunt and uncle went to get their paperwork as she couldn't print it off the day we booked it was discovered we were booked on 2 different ships and 2 different dates it wasn't resolved as the cruise we wanted was on a different date which I couldn't go as id already put in holidays for the date we originally booked blooming disaster not going to lie i was fuming was so looking forward to my first cruise very disappointed

The staff were just lovely nothing was a problem and we went back 2 or 3 times with questions and changes to our holiday and they helped us with a smile so first rate for me we will be using hays in the future

When we went into the travel agents it was very busy ( always a good sign ) we wanted a last minute holiday to tenerife so Angie was on the case straight away and within jig time we were fully booked and on our way the day after, brilliant service as always

Friendly helpful staff that made all the arrangements easily and to my complete satisfaction. I would also point out how annoying it is that all communications are directed to my husband who has never, never booked the holiday and does not even come into the shop
