The professionalism of the Hays agent, I arrived in Hays, Rutherglen and was greeted by June, I said I was in to book a holiday, I gave June all my requirements and she accessed the system and booked my holiday. June then talked me through all the details to ensure all was as I requested. Job done, so simple made easy by the shear professionalism of the agent

Perfect holiday found!
Went into Rutherglen branch yesterday to book a holiday. Debbie found us the perfect fit for our family. Debbie was lovely and spent a lot of time searching for a holiday that would work for us. Took the stress out of searching for ourselves and was also great to have some information on the resorts that we hadn’t been to before. Ten out of ten 🌟

Went on holiday to Benidorm for 4 people, firstly wrong name on one of the passengers boarding pass and as we only noticed the day before we travelled told to pay £150 for name change at airport yet I gave all the passports to Elaine. The private transfers were a nightmare and had to pay for a taxi coming back as they were late and the best thing is we paid for the Sol pelicanos which I had been into hays travel rutherglen on several occasions before booking and the put pub in a sister hotel next door with no aircon and terrible service and had to pay a deposit for the 4 off us for the rooms , nightmare never again hays will hopefully go the way Thomas cook went , with any luck
