Ewan listened to our requirements and then researched what was possible with a friendly and positive manner. If it hadn't been for the notice on the desk mentioning training for new personel we would have thought there was many years of experience there. 1st rate.

After the cruise company changed the…
After the cruise company changed the date of our cruise, the cabin on the rearranged cruise was in not in a good position on the ship, with restricted views. Obviously this was nothing to do with Hays.
I was going to cancel to due this issue.
Chris was able to contact the cruise company and change the cabin for us. He has been absolutely brilliant.
