Very helpful
Although only one member of staff was helping me book my holiday, all the staff will give you recommendations or advice! I really appreciate that because I like hearing where people have been and their experiences, it helps with choosing. Staff always make you feel welcome and allow you to take your time browsing with no pressure. Always honest and give lots of options to suit your needs. I am very fussy but my requests are always dealt with professionalism and a smile, nothing is to much trouble.
