The young lady who dealt with are booking was very polite and knowledgeable about the area were we wished to visit. She also printed off all the relevant documents including the boarding passes.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with the agents at Hays Salford! I booked a Disney mini cruise a bit on a whim, with Joanne and honestly she made me feel completely at ease.
She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions (even the random ones!) without ever making me feel rushed. What could have felt overwhelming turned into an exciting and stress-free experience thanks to their guidance.
Every detail was handled smoothly, it made planning magical and I left feeling super excited.
If you’re even thinking about booking a Disney cruise or any trip. I wholeheartedly recommend working with them. I’m so grateful I did!

Cruise the Greek islands and Venice Stay
We wanted to book a Cruise for my 55th Birthday in 2027. Flights did not aline with Cruise Departure Dates and would have been a nightmare to Sort everything ourselves. Riah took control found us the perfect Cruise arranged Hotel Stays in Venice pre and post Cruise. Flights and all Transfers and sorted 2 Balcony Rooms for the 3 of us.
