This is our first holiday through Sarah. I will not be booking with anyone else but her from now on. We told her what we was after and she gave us some options. We went through them, got back to her and then it was booked within hours. No hassle. Stress-free.

This made our holiday more enjoyable knowing everything was done and we hadn’t forgot anything. Paper work posted out was also a life saver as when we came home they wanted paper boarding passes only from Tunisia.
Holiday, location and everything we asked for was just spot on.
Not only 5 star hotel, 5 star for our agent too.
Next we go to Egypt, roll on March ⭐️

Sarah has been Brilliant, with here efficiency. Sarah went above and beyond to sort out our large booking with different parties wanting to pay individually and setting it all up, whilst keeping in the loop at all times!

Sarah is fantastic and I would be reluctant to book a holiday without her now. As a busy mum I need all the help I can get and she keeps me on track with regards to filtering options for us and making sure we have everything in place, even to the extent of checking in for us and printing our boarding passes! Sarah is extremely patient and understanding when it comes to assisting me with making holiday choices and she doesn’t chase or put me under any pressure (although I know she would give me a nudge if something urgent needed attention!).

We contacted Sarah on the of chance for her recommendation on Mauritius hotels as we had already booked flights. She recommended “beachcomber” hotels and we went with the “Canonnier” which was superb. Sarah was emailing us with all the relevant paperwork and kept us updated. All transfer organised were 10/10. Very smooth and easy. If you want tha personal service then this lady is the way to go. There was no pressure in sales but just good advice all the way. Thanks Sarah.

Sarah is an amazing travel agent who helped organise my first holiday with my partner. She listened to everything I wanted from my holiday and found me flights, hotels, locations and other necessities such as insurance, parking and luggage allowance which worked for us. Whenever we required assistance she was very quick to respond and assured us that we would be in good hands throughout the trip. Definitely recommend!

Just returned from a family holiday in Paphos and had a great time.

We have just returned home from a 4 day girls holiday in Ibiza. We had an incredible time and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The whole holiday was booked for us by Sarah, advising us on a hotel to suit our requirements, she even booked our seats on the plane and checked us in online!! It was very stress free for us. Our hotel was lovely, modern colourful and vibrant and would definitely stay there again.
