Hays Travel - Shaftesbury Reviews 

After doing my own bookings for an overseas trip last year, I decided to return to Hays' expertise for this year's principal trip -- and have been very pleased with the service given by Hays, Shaftesbury. Their systems & knowledge enable them to look at a seemingly-wider range of options at the planning stage, and then again when choosing flights, etc.

Shelley was really helpful.and friendly and was able to book my flights without any problem.

Staff were very helpful and efficient with our enquiry and came up with appropriate solutions to our holiday requirements

I was looked after by Mr Mark Burke at Hays Shaftesbury, as one says from cradle to grave. I am not a great one for words but I was spoon fed in all aspects of 2 holidays Mark guided me on. Mark covered all the material points in detail and would recap from time to time so that I was au fait with what was going on. All documents were prepared and handed to me and all questions answered to my satisfaction. Felt very comfortable in his hands and got service of note which will draw me back for future trips.
