We went into Hays not really intending to book our river cruise that day but to get information . Nikki was so very helpful and 90mins later all our questions answered so we booked there and then . Excellent service .

The staff at Shanklin Hays Travel are always so helpful, polite and considerate. We always book our holidays through them as they do their very best to make the arrangements as easy as possible.
