Donna at shanklin office is excellent and very patient knowledgeable and professional especially as my husband probably drove her to distraction but she remains totally unflappable

As always we were warmly greeted upon entering the store. This time we knew which cruise we wanted to book so did not need any help with that. The whole booking process was done very efficiently and everything was double checked for us to ensure all details of the booking were correct. The member of staff was very professional but friendly throughout and made us feel comfortable and reassured with the whole process. Highly recommended and less stressful than trying to book online ourselves.
