Good friendly experience
The staff spent time with us going over all of our options for our holiday and made sure we were happy with our choices. They were friendly and we will definitely use the branch again

The girls at Hays travel have done it again !
We were looking for a looking for a cruise for September 2026, and found looking on the internet a bit of a task, we asked Hays travel if they could help, we gave them the area we wanted to go to and a budget. Megan took on the task and didn't seem at all fazed by the request, she came back to us a few days later with a few suggestions which we looked at, Megan had done a great job, and the cruise We chose even had a free upgrade, from a balcony cabin to a balcony junior suite. We called in the office to book, but Megan was unavailable, so Trudy took over, the whole experience from start to finish was professional, we have used Hays travel a number of years now and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.
