We saw a deal in the window and went in to enquire. Mel was excellent in sorting it, checking all options, to get us the best deal. I said that we were only enquiring as we haven't used a travel agent for at least 20 years, as we have always booked directly with tour operators. She was so good that we actually booked with her there and then. Mel is a real asset to your company. Well done.

Went above and beyond
From start to finish we had a great experience. Even tho it was a busy Saturday, we were attended to quickly. Our consultant Nisha listened to our requirements & was able to offer advice based on her experience.
When I later called the store to confirm we’d like to go ahead at 5.05pm, I was told by a lovely lady (who’s name I didn’t unfortunately get) who told me that the store was closed, but it was absolutely no problem at all to deal with my enquiry.
She processed our holiday & I notice that the confirmation was sent at 5.33pm- wonderful service going that extra mile!

We had such a brilliant experience with Hays Travel Shrewsbury! Nisha and the team were incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming, and their knowledge was extremely impressive. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was second to none — they arranged everything for us, including our airport parking, travel insurance and set up monthly payments, and even sorted us a Travel Money Card.. we were good to go! You can really tell they genuinely care about finding the right holiday for you.
