Claire listened to all of our plans and requests for our trip and handled all our questions promptly, we were kept updated the whole time either by Claire or a colleague and communication was excellent. We had our dream trip booked at a great price in just 3 days of us visiting our local branch!

Very easy to book and staff are very helpful
Hays Travel is my go to place now for booking holidays. I check online for prices and to be honest if there is a difference it is not worth the hassle booking online as it is so small and Hays sort everything out for us. Special thanks to Kay for sorting this out for us and apologies with all the changes. Will be in again after the one in August to book another one for September. Thanks again :)
