Hays Travel - Skegness Reviews 

The staff catered for all our needs. We have changed hotels from our usual one of the past few years, we had requested a lower floor in the hotel and were given then 11th floor after the people infront of us at the the hotel reception complained and were swapped with us!!!!

As always, a pleasure to visit Julie and her colleges at our Skegness store, they have time, patience and knowledge in abundance and we wouldn't think of using any other agent. They are all friendly and we usually have a good laugh and come out smiling even if we have gone over our budget {our fault NOT theirs}!! Thanks to you all

We have booked few holiday with Hays at Skegness and I have to tell you that all the girls working there are absolutely fantastic. Always really helpful with any queries you may have .

The lady who served us was friendly, really helpful and understanding. Took us through the process step by step explaining everything along the way.

Brilliant service from the Skegness branch ,girls couldn't have been more helpful was worried when we lost the independent travel we used before ,but we have used Hayes for 3 years and had no trouble at all .Being in our 70s not as computer ready to book holidays on line with your computer's on line, can look forward to our holiday without worrying I've missed something .well done x

Great service from the staff at Hays Skegness - as always!

Nicole at the Skegness branch was very patient with us as we searched for a short notice break on budget, in the end I think we came off better than my request with an all inclusive choice. She booked our carpark at EMA and we collected our euros at the same time.

Amazing, Maddie is so helpful, explains everything, sorts everything out for our disabled son so we don’t have to worry about anything, I won’t use another Travel Agent.

You did not tell me that the hotel is on a hill my friend can't do hill's so i wish to come and see you 24th of February to see if we can upgrade to a better hotel on flat ground please also i would like to consider half board or all inclusive

I cannot fault the dedication and customer services the team at Skegness provides. Whoever I have spoken to has been fantastic. Some other stores could learn from the Skegness team.

I found your staff very helpful finding your perfect holiday at reasonable budget and stress free also answering any questions that needs answering if not looking into so they can.

We popped in for a last minute trip to anywhere in Spain ,, Megan from hays in Skegness went out her way for us , she was very friendly and efficient , we really enjoyed her company and had a bit of a laugh with her , she found us a week away in benidorm in a super hotel, we go tomorrow, can't wait , a bit of a well earned break for us , thank you Megan
