Just booked a holiday via Demi at Hays travel Prince Edward Road in South Shields.
We were there for an age choosing somewhere , she was so patient and very pleasant!
Nothing was any trouble and she was very efficent in sorting our trip out!

Great Service
The agent booked our holiday and explained clearly what the next steps were and provided photos of the Hotel we would be staying at. This gave us a great insight into what to expect. Overall the service provided to us was excellent.
