Very friendly very helpful went the extra mile for us

We went into the Southport branch and Jake the travel agent helped us so much, we told him everything we wanted and he gave it, the holiday we've booked is exactly the holiday we wanted

The agent knew what we wanted and sorted it out without any fuss. we have used Hays travel on several previous occasion's and always left satisfied with the outcome

The agent who dealt with us had a personal knowledge of the destination and shared helpful advice.
The booking process was uncomplicated and we felt we knew our options throughout.

The Lady who did are holiday was very helpful

Jake was very helpful and patient as it was a bit of a nightmare trying to book somewhere due to places being booked up, hotels, flights etc. we managed to get a holiday that we are looking forward too. Will book sooner next year, haha.

Alyson is always so friendly and helpful. She is willing to spend time making sure she tailors the holiday to suit your needs. My son-in-law always explains how I could save money by booking the holidays myself. However, my wife and I prefer to have the support of Hays Travel. Although I have mentioned Alyson as she helped us on our most recent holiday booking, every member of staff in Southport is equally as friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else?

So helpful, friendly and attentive, she went out of her way to check on all my special requests , gave helpful advice and information on a new destination for us, can’t wait to go and will definitely return to Laura at Hays Travel for our next trip away, it was so much easier and took all the stress away by doing everything for us, 5*
