I went back to this shop as I`ve been there 3 times: each time I was dealt with quickly, courteously/efficiently by knowledgeable and delightful staff.
I would definitely recommend Hays travel --- and will personally use them again.

Firstly, Southsea Hays team are always friendly and welcoming.
We were seen by Victoria. Victoria’s knowledge and expertise greatly assisted our choice of holiday destinations.
This is the fourth year in a row we’ve booked our holidays with Hays Southsea. We highly recommend this is the place to go to book your holiday with confidence as the team are helpful and reassuring when you make your choice of holiday.
