Chelsea was very professional, handled my booking excellent.

Staff have excellent product knowledge and are extremely helpful. They dont rush you to book. They obviously work well as a team because contact with different team members is seamless. They also do what they say they will do. Call back, email, ..it happens.

We wasn't sure where to go, so we contacted hays travel through online chat, great experience and number of choices, the one we picked appealed to us, but we didn't get any discount as some travel agent would, we only got £24 which was not alot, I think we could of had a bit more, looking forward to our cruise will be an experience..

She found us different quotes for different cruise room options and dates very quickly and explained all details of booking fully. When I booked I didn't know that the cabin was small and my friends husband is disabled. I rang up and I spoke to Carol. It took her three hours to find me the right cabin for us all. Excellent service in my opinion.
