Jan’s experience in the travel world was very evident when we booked our holiday! We left with a holiday booked & paid for, and are now able to relax and look forward to it! We had done a lot of research previously and the prices we paid were very similar to booking online ourselves, but much easier!

Jan at Hays St Andrews is amazing at finding exactly what we’re looking for, whether we give her quite a specific list of must haves or when we don’t have a clue where we even want to go! We’ve booked All inclusive hotels, a big Florida trip and several villa holidays and we’ve always been delighted with every aspect of the service. Having everything taken care of, including car hire, booking our seats and making sure we’re kept up to date with any changes gives us real peace of mind and makes sure that our holidays mean we can switch off and relax ☺️
