Our experience in Hayes was efficient…
Our experience in Hayes was efficient and helpful also not rushed. We booked our holiday and all the info and receipts were printed and handed to us.
We were told by the agent nearer the time to call back in and they will check us in. Will certainly book with Hayes again.

We booked our holiday with the help of Rhiann and what a lovely positive experience it was.Rhiann was so pleasant and friendly and was so helpful and knowledgeable in advising us about our holiday taking g the time to show us on Google maps etc position of the hotel and places to visit.Thank you Rhiann again for giving us such a good experience it was very much appreciated.

Kirstyne at the St Helen’s branch was amazing as always. We never go anywhere else and have followed Kirstyne from the Warrington branch to St Helen’s! 5 star service guaranteed from Hays again, all of the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable

Helpful staff
The young girl was very helpful this time and sorted our needs out as my husband cannot do stairs at all, Last time the information didn't reach the hotel, but the hotel staff were amazing and quickly came up with a solution.
