I was very nervous about booking a holidwy in person, especially as a solo traveller. I was made to feel at ease, and comfortable, the agent was lovely and explained things to me in laymans terms which helped me underststand a lot of the terminology i was unfamiliar with. Great staff and loads of options, lovely manners, very accommodating and helpful.
Not 5 stars because the system used kept crashing and when ringing Royal Carrabian and it took 3 and a half hours to find and book my holiday and during that time the price changed 3 times and became more expensive each time the staff had to refresh and search the same holiday which I am very disappointed about.

I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady who sorted my holiday out, but she took her time to look for the holiday I needed thank you

Had to wait a while to be seen.However when seen the staff were helpful and friendly and made the whole booking process quick and simple .

My husband and I came in to your St Helens shop on the 11th April to try and book at flight and hotel in Paris , we where help by such a lovely lady called Kelsey , she was so understanding and very clear and helpful, we managed to sort everything out and she was such a nice person which made our experience very pleasant

Rhiann in St.Helens was absolutely amazing. We shared stories about places we had visited and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything and looked st different options. Could not fault anything. Would definitely recommend.
