Steph always give fabulous service
Whether it’s a stay and cruise or city break Steph always finds what I need in a holiday.
After just coming back from a stay and cruise the hotel in Majorca was fabulous. We were supposed to go with family but they had to pull out. Steph even sorted there holiday out so they can go next year.
We have never done a city break so I messaged Steph said where we wanted to go. She asked us what we were looking for and in super quick time got back to me and price matched the internet price took all the work off us. Can’t thank Steph enough she is great.

Steph has booked a couple of holidays for me recently, both of these are with my disabled father. It can be quite challenging to book suitable flights, accommodation etc. Steph took everything on board and went above and beyond to ensure everything was confirmed for him.

Perfection at work
Just holidaying in Kefalonia and was just browsing Facebook , seen a holiday to Italy over Christmas at a super cheap price with a well known company
I messaged Stephanie from Hays travel immediately to see if it was legit , Stephanie replied instantly with all the information needed and it was legit and she quoted me the exact price I had seen
Again we booked the holiday right there and then
