Hays Travel - Stirling Reviews 

I couldn't be happier with the experience I recieved from both Amanda & Craig at Hays Travel in Stirling . They both handled everything with professionalism & efficiency, making the entire process smooth & stress-free.
Their attention to detail & prompt communication really stood out. I highly recommend them both for anyone looking for reliable holiday planning assistance!

Was lured into Barrhead travel by a poster, got told the Barrhead Exclusive Canadian was exclusive for solo travelers so went next door to Hayes, where I had intended to go in the first place because I admired the company’s ethics towards staff when they took over Thomas Cook . Stephanie was so helpful and and patient with me and gave such amazing service, as did the whole team, so much so that all my future travel will be booked through Hayes Stirling branch. Will be booking a Canadian Cruise with them for 2027 when the flights become available

Brilliant as always, our go to travel agents. We book all our holidays through Hays . Craig and all the staff so helpful, can't recommend them highly enough.

Have to amend this and make it right. This was no fault of Hays Travel. Staff at Stirling were exemplary at arranging the holiday, but were let down by the other partners, Jet2 and the Hotel Zefir.

This trip was to Hotel Zefir, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.
Trip was good. Bulgaria is a beautiful country and people friendly. Jet2 and Hotel Zefir were disappointing. Assistance at Edinburgh airport was poor and had large queue. Assistance at Bourgas was better.
Area lovely. Hotel a disaster. Poor quality food and always cold. Complained to jet2 rep. Hotel Staff rude and unhelpful. Rooms cramped and beds uncomfortable. Balcony is 3ft wide and fits two plastic chairs, nothing else.
It is clean. No entertainment. Birds swim in the two pools, although cleaned once per week.
Beach close by and a good amenity. Very disappointed at this venue.
Not the fault of the Travel agency, Hays Travel.
Dump this hotel from your itinerary.

Friendly knowledgeable agent ( Matthew) that helped to get us the holiday we wanted. This was made possible by his contact with the holiday provider (Titan) and getting us all the components of the holiday we wanted.

Helpful, informative staff in Stirling branch. Made sure we had lots of options to choose from and ensured that my dietary requirements were catered for before we committed to booking our accommodation.

We were greeted by name, as had previously booked through Hays. The advisor, Amanda, was extremely helpful in finding a hotel in the location we wanted, and in booking our holiday.
Our documents were emailed as promised.

I use Hays as I always get great service and never rush me to choose my holiday.
